Rate Details
- Minimum rental is 30 days.
- Always inquire if interested in booking as these rates can vary based on current availability.
- Rates include: water, gas, electricity, cable, wireless high-speed internet
- Additional $175 one-time cleaning fee required.
- Holiday rates slightly higher
- A security deposit payment is due at time of booking. Monthly security deposits range depending on length of stay. Deposits are fully refundable unless damages are incurred.
- Credit cards accepted through PayPal with additional fee of 3.5%
